Construction Advantages
- Elements with fins cooled rear element for maximum utilization of the flame radiation and minimization of Nox formation Fins also located in the second and third flue gas pass in order to improve the heat transfer to water The cast iron elements are symmetrical to the vertical level in order to get uniform water flow & thermal and mechanical charges High quality heat resistance ceramic fiber insulation on the interior of the burner door
All other boiler surfaces are insulated with foil backed fiberglass
High Quality of the Castings
- The castings are poured in an automatic DISA machine achieving correct geometry and excellent surface . Boiler wall thickness and quality of the iron are controlling ensuring strength against fatigue and long life.
The test of the assembled boilers and cast iron elements are performed according to the EN 303-1 . All the cast iron elements of the boilers are hydraulically tested at 8 bar pressure with cold water before machining. The assembled boilers are hydraulically tested to 10 Bar.
Maintenance Facilities
- Fast & easy access for cleaning & maintenance. The operation without any soot formation and the easy access to the surfaces of the boiler eliminates the use of chemicals for cleaning and excludes corrosion during maintenance.
Safe Operation
- Safety of operation at very low water temperature systems ensures energy savings and renders the boilers suitable for under floor heating systems. Safety of operation in individually regulated heating systems even at very low outside temperature, due to tolerance to thermal shocks.
Instrumentation and Accessories
All models contain an instrument board. That includes,
- A thermostat and boiler operation indicator lamp. A thermostat and a circulating pump indicator lamp. A safety burner thermostat . An ON-OFF switch e- Water thermometer .

Certification In Accordance With The International Standards
- Foundry awarded the ISO 9001 Certification. All boilers are certified according to the 92/42EC Directive with the quality sign. The efficiency of all boilers meets the requirement of the European standards EN304, EN303-1, EN 303-2 Emissions pollutants and flue gases quality satisfy all European environment regulations and are in accordance with theEN303-2 and EN267 standards . Cast iron quality GG 20 is in accordance with DIN 1691
